MID Updates

To update the MID (Motor Insurance Database) with your current information please find your insurer in the list below and follow the instructions.

Covea Insurance

Click on the link and register to update directly with the insurer.

Granite/Haven

They will send you a user name and password with a link to access the system to make your changes to the MID.

Tradex Insurance

Click on the link and follow the instructions.

Allianz

They will send you a user name and password with a link to access the system to make your changes to the MID.

Clegg Gifford

Send an email to admin@networktradeinsurance.co.uk asking us to add or delete a vehicle. Please ensure that you add your name, the make, model, value and registration of any vehicle that you wish to add.

It’s important to keep your MID information up to date, as this database is used by the police and other relevant authorities to check whether a vehicle is insured. Failure to update your information could result in penalties or even prosecution. Any vehicle that is left on your MID record which has been sold but not removed may affect your no claims bonus if an accident occurs.
